DtimesTwo Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DynoLog mobile application (the "App") and the website at dynolog.com (the "Site"). Public build pages are hosted at dynolog.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, Site, or public build pages, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
DynoLog is a local-first application. If you use the App without creating an account, your data stays entirely on your device. If you create a DynoLog account and enable cloud features, some data is synced to our cloud infrastructure as described below.
DynoLog is designed as a local-first application. Without an account, your vehicle data, mod log entries, receipt photos, performance runs, and build cost records are stored exclusively on your device using SQLite and are never transmitted to our servers.
If you create a DynoLog account (Sign in with Apple or Google), the following additional information is collected:
Whether or not you have an account, we may also collect:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. DynoLog does not display advertisements.
DynoLog offers a one-time Pro unlock at $6.99 through Apple's App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card information, Apple ID, or Google account details.
Purchase verification is managed by RevenueCat, Inc., which communicates with the App Store or Google Play to confirm your entitlement to Pro features. RevenueCat may collect your device identifier and purchase receipt for this purpose. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Your Pro unlock is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device you own using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
The App does not integrate any advertising SDKs, social media SDKs, or data brokers beyond those listed above.
Without an account: All vehicle data, mod log entries, receipt photos, performance run records, and build cost information are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data. Deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data.
With an account: Your synced build data and community content are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies — your private data is accessible only by your account. Public build content is accessible to other DynoLog users and, for published build pages, to the general public on dynolog.vercel.app.
Performance run data imported from HowFast via any of the three import methods (deep link, file, or cloud sync) is processed and stored per the same rules above depending on your account status.
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will fulfill deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Locally stored data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DynoLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us — including support requests, account data, and cloud-synced build data — by contacting us at the address below. We will fulfill deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You can unpublish any public build at any time from within the App. This removes your build from the community feed and public build pages. Previously cached or indexed content may take additional time to be removed from search engines or third-party caches outside our control.
You can delete community content (comments, likes, follows) at any time from within the App. You can block or mute other users from within the App without contacting us.
Because locally stored App data exists only on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App. We have no ability to access or delete on-device data on your behalf.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Please contact us to exercise any such rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
