Core Features

Built for Build Culture

Everything you need to document your build, benchmark your mods, and prove what the car can do.

🏎️
Multi-Vehicle Garage

Track multiple builds under one roof. Each vehicle gets its own garage with independent mod logs, run history, build cost breakdown, and performance timeline.

🔧
Mod Log with Receipt Vault

Log every modification with install date, cost, vendor, and notes. Attach photos of invoices and receipts directly to each mod entry — your entire paper trail, organized.

📈
Performance Timeline

Chart your best ET, trap speed, and 60-foot over time. Every run plotted against your mod history so you can see exactly which upgrade moved the needle.

💰
Build Cost Tracker

Know your total investment at a glance. Costs broken down by category — engine, suspension, drivetrain, exhaust — so you always know where the money went.

HowFast Integration — 3 Ways to Import

One tap sends a run via deep link. Export a full season as a .dynolog file. Or enable cloud sync and watch your runs land in DynoLog automatically in the background. All three mechanisms are live — mod↔run correlation shows you exactly which upgrade moved the needle.

👥
Public Builds & Community Feed

Opt any build into the public community and let people follow your progress. Like and comment on builds, follow builders you admire, and discover what's possible from enthusiasts just like you.

Generate a professional build sheet PDF ready to share, print, or save. Includes full mod list, performance history, and build stats — perfect for the track or the classified listing.

Your Build Diary, Automated

Add your car, log your mods as you go, and let DynoLog tell the story of what you've built.

01

Add Your Vehicle

Set up your build with year, make, model, and a photo. DynoLog creates a dedicated garage for each vehicle — keep your daily driver, your track car, and your project separate and organized.

02

Log Mods as You Install Them

Add each modification with the part name, category, vendor, cost, and install date. Snap a photo of the receipt on the spot and it's attached permanently to the mod entry.

03

Import Your Track Runs from HowFast — 3 Ways

Tap Export in HowFast and the run deep-links straight into DynoLog. Bulk-export a full season as a .dynolog file for batch import. Or enable cloud sync and runs land in DynoLog automatically in the background while you're still in the staging lanes. All three methods are live — no run gets left behind.

04

See Exactly What Made You Faster

DynoLog's mod-to-run correlation engine maps every performance improvement directly to the modifications that caused it. Install headers, run the car, and DynoLog annotates the timeline: GAINED 0.31s ET — right on the chart, pinned to that mod.

05

Export a Build Sheet PDF

When you're ready to show your work — or sell the car — generate a clean build sheet PDF with your full mod list, performance data, and total investment in a single tap.

Your Build. Public When You Want It.

DynoLog is a logbook first — everything stays private on your device until you decide otherwise. When you're ready to show the work, one tap makes your build public.

Sign in with Apple or Google to create a DynoLog account. From there, you choose which builds go public. Your private builds — and everything in them — stay on your device and are never visible to anyone else.

Public builds display your full mod log, performance timeline, and best ET on a shareable build page. The community feed surfaces new posts from builders you follow — real enthusiasts posting real builds, not car influencers.

  • Sign in with Apple or Google — your DynoLog account works across iOS and Android
  • Share any build as a public profile with a permanent URL
  • Community feed with likes, comments, and builder follows
  • All comments moderated before posting — quality over volume
  • Report, block, and mute tools built in
  • Private by default — you control what's shared

Finally broke into the 11s at Maple Grove. Kooks long tubes + tune was the move. Best ET: 11.42s @ 121 MPH. The receipt vault finally justified itself 😂

New cam installed. Tune booked for next weekend. Current best is 12.01s — expecting to drop into the 11.6s range. Fingers crossed.

Exported the build sheet PDF from DynoLog for the first time. Handed it to the tuner. He said it was the most organized thing a customer had ever brought in. 💀

Built to Work with HowFast

HowFast captures your ET, trap speed, 60-foot time, and atmospheric data at the strip. DynoLog is where that data becomes a permanent part of your build record — and where it gets correlated against every mod you've ever made.

Three import paths. All live. Use whichever fits the moment.

  • Deep link: Tap Export in HowFast — run lands in DynoLog in seconds
  • File import: Export a full season as a .dynolog file for bulk import
  • Cloud sync: Enable once and runs appear automatically — no tapping required
  • Mod↔run correlation: DynoLog shows exactly which upgrade gained you time
  • Automatic dedup across all three methods — same run never imported twice

Quick Answers

Is my data stored on my device or in the cloud?

Both — and you control which. Your build data lives locally on your device first. Create a DynoLog account (Sign in with Apple or Google) to enable cloud backup and community features. Without an account, everything stays on-device only and is never transmitted anywhere. Builds stay private unless you explicitly publish them — there's no passive data sharing.

How does the community work?

Sign in to create a DynoLog account and you can publish any build as a public profile. Your mod log, performance timeline, and best ET appear on a shareable build page with a permanent URL. The community feed shows posts from builders you follow — you can like, comment, and follow other builders. All comments go through moderation before they're visible. Report, block, and mute tools are built in from day one.

How does the HowFast import work?

Three ways — all live. Tap Export in HowFast for a one-tap deep link that brings the run straight into DynoLog. Export a full season as a .dynolog file for batch import. Or sign into your DynoLog account on both apps and enable cloud sync — runs arrive on your DynoLog timeline automatically in the background. The same run is never imported twice regardless of which method you use.

Do I need HowFast to use DynoLog?

Not at all. You can add performance runs manually from any source — a timeslip, a dyno sheet, or whatever data you have. HowFast integration is a bonus for drag strip runners who want track data logged automatically, but DynoLog works completely standalone as a build tracker and community.

What's included in the free version?

The free version covers up to two vehicles with full mod logging, receipt photos, build cost tracking, performance runs, HowFast import, performance timeline, and community access including public builds and the feed. The $6.99 Pro unlock adds unlimited vehicles, PDF build sheet export, and removes ads — one-time, no subscriptions.

What does the PDF build sheet include?

The exported PDF includes your vehicle details, full mod list with install dates and costs, performance run history, active setup configuration, total build investment, and a cost breakdown by category. Clean, printable, and ready to hand to your tuner or include with a for-sale listing.

When is DynoLog launching?

DynoLog is in final testing — iOS launches first, with Android following. Use the form below to get notified the day it drops.
